Gym equipment, simplified

Every machine features an adjustment pin, a padded seat, and an illustrated guide. Learn how to configure each station without second-guessing your setup.

Three foundational tools

Start your initial sessions using guided stations that steady your motion path before progressing into compound free weights.

Selectorized machines

Fixed dumbbell racks

Cable stations

Pin-loaded stations guide your movement along fixed tracks. Pull the yellow adjustment pin to set seat height so machine pivot axes align with your active joints.

Weights sit chronologically in pairs along the rack. Choose manageable weights that permit ten smooth repetitions with a neutral spine, and re-rack both bells immediately after.

Adjustable pulleys accommodate rows and pulldowns. Secure carabiner clips onto single-grip handles, plant both feet firmly, and maintain a quiet, braced torso during every repetition.

Repetition pacing

Counting sets and repetitions

Complete three sets of eight to ten smooth repetitions for each movement. Rest sixty to ninety seconds between rounds to allow muscular recovery before initiating your next set.

Target areas

Upper and lower balance

Pairing pressing, pulling, and leg movements ensures balanced joint mechanics. Rotate between leg presses, horizontal chest presses, and seated rows to establish functional full-body strength.

Put the mechanics to work
